Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Venturini winery Extra Virgin Olive Oil

How a traditional dried-grape wine is made

Alongside our vineyards, we have always cultivated olive trees, producing oil initially reserved for our family alone. Today, we have chosen to share it, offering an extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from our own trees. The olives are hand-picked at peak ripeness and cold-pressed at trusted mills. The result is a genuine, balanced and fragrant oil that reflects the same care and attention we dedicate daily to our wines.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Origin: Italia

Size: 500 ml

A golden oil with luminous green highlights. On the nose, it reveals fresh and spicy notes, recalling freshly cut grass, sage and sweet almond. On the palate, it is initially delicate and moderately sweet, with a gradually emerging peppery bite that adds flavour without greasiness, finishing with a pleasantly persistent aftertaste.

We recommend using it raw to preserve its fine and elegant fragrance.

Perfect pairings

Ideal for raw use, our extra virgin olive oil enhances a wide range of dishes, from simple preparations to high-quality ingredients. Try it on bruschetta and warm bread, salads, grilled vegetables, soups and legumes, as well as white meats, steamed or grilled fish, and fresh cheeses.
Try it for yourself!
