It is an intense ruby red that over the years becomes a depp garnet color. Strong red fruit and cherry bouquet, spiced and balsamic notes emerge.

Temperature 18°C
(we suggest to uncork the bottle at least two hours before serving and eventually decant it into a wine carafe)

It is the synthesis of style and creativity while respecting traditions at the same time. A wine with an intriguing color, the nose expresses an intense, ethereal bouquet. The flavour has charismatic personality with velvety tannins and a long echo of enveloping softness.

Serve at 18°C, in wide-rimmed glasses, to enjoy its melodious nature.
(it should be uncorked at least two hours before serving)

Renowned red wine, full-bodied, strong and distinguished. It is dry, noble, with a delicate bouquet, balanced and rich in alcohol. It has a strong flavour and velvety texture with a characteristic vein of bitterness.

The serving temperature is 18°C and it should be uncorked at least an hour before serving and decanted into a carafe.

“Semonte Alto” is a vineyard which produces a full-bodied red wine, with a rich, concentrated flavour and an intense and distinctive bouquet.

To appreciate it fully, it must be served at a temperature of 18°C and uncorked and allowed to breath for an hour or so.

Medium-bodied ruby red wine, turning to garnet red as it ages. Its pronounced bouquet and dry harmonious flavour make it an idealaccompaniment to white and red meats.

With its unmistakable yellow-green colour, lightly fruity smell and musky aftertaste, this product has already earned its own market niche and many admirers. It is best consumed raw to enjoy its qualities of subtlety and fragrance in their purest form.
While it can be used to season any dish, its delicate taste makes it especially suitable for improving fish, boiled or grilled dishes, white meat and steamed vegetables.
